The Velociraptors are one of the main dinosaurs of the Jurassic Park series.
Overview[]
Along with many other cloned dinosaurs created by InGen, the raptor itself is not an actual animal, but rather appear to be its own separate species thanks to its genetics originate from modern animals. They were portrayed as being much more intelligent than modern whales and even primates and were capable of making traps and communicate each other; thanks to their behaviors, Dr. Alan Grant grew interested with these animals. Their skin colors were different depends in any film or adaptation they appear in.
In Jurassic World, they are also featured as the subjects of a program in which Owen Grady trains them to be tamable.
Some of the members of the race are: The Big One, Randy, Kim, Blue, Charlie, Delta, and Echo. The latter four are part of the Raptor pack trained by Owen Grady as part of Simon Masrani's vision.
In The Lego Movie 2, their names are: Ripley, Connor, Quaid, Cobra and The Other One.
Blue, the last I.B.R.I.S Velociraptor was rescued from Isla Nublar, freed by Zia Rodriguez, fought the Indoraptor, and went her separate ways with Owen. She was sighted near Simi Valley calling out for other Raptors in this new larger world.

Notes[]
- The raptors appeared to be much larger than their real counterparts and lacked their famous feathers.
- They appear in The Lego Movie 2, where Rex Dangervest has a pack of raptors which spoof the ones that Owen trains in Jurassic World.
