The Watchuki (singular: Watchuka) are a sapient species of white-furred humanoids which live in the interior of the Himalayan mountains, building their settlements in underground valleys heated by geothermal hot springs.
The existence of these creatures has inspired stories about Abominable Snowmen guarding the passages beyond the valleys.
Biology[]
Members of this species have white fur, bluish-green skin and red eyes. They range in size from about as tall as a human to almost twice as tall, and are fully capable of speech. Their hands have five fingers.
The origins of the daikaiju-sized individual known as the Great Watchuka are not known, but he, unlike the smaller Watchuki, doesn't seem capable of speech.
Culture and society[]
The Watchuki are a technologically-advanced race, capable of building steam engines and metal-crafting. However, they have been forced underground due to competition with humans.
History[]
In the 20th century, they planned to invade the surface world to annihilate humanity and reconquer their territories, but were trapped in the interior of a volcano by Godzilla, who blocked the entrance with a huge boulder. As the volcano was about to erupt at that point, it's likely that the Watchuki were all killed.
